Yin Yao

Yin Yao has been a resident of Richmond, BC, for almost two years and appreciates living in such a highly international city. She has been welcomed by an incredible sense of community and diversity, from the cuisine and multilingual environment to the genuine interpersonal connections.

Born in Shanghai, China, Yin Yao developed her skills while working in management for a large state-owned enterprise. Her professional background has given her strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships within the community.

Her goal is to serve new immigrants, like herself, by working together to navigate challenges. She looks forward to contributing her energy and experience to help shape an even more welcoming and distinctive local Canadian culture in Richmond.
